Welcome to the South West Pirates!

The Warrnambool Volleyball Association has a long and proud history of introducing players to one of the world’s most popular non-contact sports.

Our programs include junior and senior competitions, as well as representative squads for elite players. Squads train weekly in preparation for a number of state tournaments throughout the year, including our own annual Seaside event, held on the Labour Day long weekend each March, which is one of Australia’s longest running volleyball carnivals.

Warrnambool Volleyball Association prides itself on being an inclusive club supporting players of all cultural backgrounds and abilities.

ATTENTION JUNIORS!!

Even though Covid restrictions have changed and now regional areas are required to wear masks, trainings on Tuesday night are still continuing. We have sought clarification from the stadium/council and we are allowed to continue BUT everyone must wear a mask into the stadium. Once we are on the court juniors participating in the training can take their masks off, any person over the age of 19 must leave their mask on the whole time. Everyone must put their mask back on before leaving the stadium. More will be explained Tuesday night. See you all then.
